The project is composed of twenty (20) buildings with ten (10) storeys each with four (4) types of configuration. Each housing unit is 27 sq.m. The location of the project is situated in Barangay Divisoria, Zamboanga City. The total land area is 50,856 sq.m.
Dreamhomes Realty and Development Corporation collaborate and coordinate with DHSUD, LGU of Zamboanga City and other Stakeholders of the National Government Program that contribute to the Mandated by Republic Act 11201 as the primary government agency responsible for the management of housing, human settlements and urban development, DHSUD leads the implementation of the “Pambansang Pabahay” which aims to address the housing backlog in the country pegged at more than 6.5 million units.
Our ProjectsTo address the housing need of approximately 6.5 Million Filipino households, a two-pronged approach is necessary, which will involves encouraging private sector participation in constructing socialized housing units and fully implementing the 4PH Program led by DHSUD in collaboration with Dreamhomes Realty and Development Corporation and the LGU of Zamboanga City.
All developers, stakeholders and concerned parties engaged in construction and sale of socialized housing units shall adhere the price ceiling set by NEDA and DHSUD that shall be strictly comply with the prescribed pricing guidelines.
Dream Residences, a 20 buildings with 10 floors each accommodating at least 5,000 units, is a venture by Dream Homes Realty and Development Corp. headed by the Chief Executive Officer, the Philanthropist, Mr. Sadik D. Sali, which aims to provide and build homes to thousands of deserving Zamboangueño beneficiaries in Zamboanga City.

As of January 31 - February 1, 2024. After the initial drilling during the boring activities, the Geologist checks the extracted soil and gives suggestions and recommendations on the process of drilling, boring, and extraction at the target location in every building. It should be 15-16 meters deep to extract the soil for sampling.
As of February 7, 2024 Actual visit of the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Dreamhomes Realty and Development Corporation, CEO SADIK D. SALI, together with the Vice President, Mr. Abukair Hushin and the Project Director, Ms. MARGOUX G. DUTERTE, at the project site of DREAM RESIDENCES, validated the updated situation of the implementation of the 4PH Project at Divisoria, Zamboanga City.
On February 16, 2024, aerial mapping of the project site was conducted by the working team, covering all the areas where boring activities were conducted in preparation for site development.
